Initiate Your Request
Log into your FEIA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
